Damon was very nice and professional when he came to do our quote for two complete bathroom fan installations, he made sure I got the all the discounts I qualified for which is so appreciated.Noah and his apprentice were really friendly and courteous. He explained everything that will be done and what was done after, it was all that was expected. They did great work and cleaned everything up like they were never there afterwards. Definitely very pleased with their work and this company!
We just moved and on the first night, we were treated to a very annoying alarm. I removed what I thought was the offending smoke detector but the alarm kept going off for an hour. The next morning, same thing. We searched for emergency electricians and hit the jackpot with Finch Electrical Heating and Air. Cody Finch responded in record time on the same day, assessed the situation, proposed a solution before beginning the work to remove and replace all smoke/CO detectors. Cody kept us appraised of his progress. He is very personable and professional. Cody identified an issue the needed to be addressed soon and scheduled technician Micha Moen to install the needed GFI circuit. Micha is also very personable and professional. We highly recommend Finch Electrical Heating & Air!We are continuing to uncover problems associated with our move. The bedroom ceiling fan and light in the home we are selling stopped working while the house was on the market/pending sale. Once again, Finch Electrical Heating & Air to the rescue. Technician Eric Johnson thoroughly assessed the problem and replaced the wall control to get things working again. The new controller is an upgrade and I am confident the new owners will be happy with the fix. We have some additional projects for Finch in the near future. Highly recommend.We had another crew from Finch Electrical Heating & Air make improvements to our new home: replace noisy bath exhaust fans, install ceiling fans, add lights in the utility room, add a dedicated circuit for extra refrigerator, and add convenience outlets. The crew worked very hard to complete the projects. They cleaned up as they completed tasks, explained what they were doing and answered our questions. The crew included Micah, Dean & Mitch. Great techs!Ryan and Kaleb came to our home to perform annual service on our heating system today (Oct 7).They made a few upgrades to the system including a UV light to kill “bad actors” in the air ducts. The receipts owners may not have had annual service performed as Kaleb and Ryan needed to tweak parts of the furnace to improve operation. Great service as always.

I requested a furnace maintenance check from Finch. The technician told us the furnace was unsafe, that it shut off after 10 minutes,, that we needed a new furnace. None of this was true. He also shut the gas off in the furnace so we could not access it! We have never had an issue with this furnace. He made it sound urgent, dangerous and frightening. The classic criteria for scammers.Finch sent us quotes for a new furnace from $7,000- $17,000!I contacted a local HVAC company for a second opinion. Our furnace was not dangerous or in disrepair. It worked perfectly. They recommended one thing : a vent cleaning.I spoke with the technician two days later. I told him everything I wrote in this review. He was full of excuses and finally a weak apology. It was such a waste of the $69 fee! And then I needed another company on top of that. Thankfully the second company was honest

Worst company, signed contract and already pre-paid 50% and schedule to do work but waiting for whole day, nobody showed up, office is rude, difficult to deal with. I had a great experience with Finch. One of my outdoor outlets lost power and they were able to quickly and thoroughly identify the issue and complete the repairs. Greg Elster was the electrician who came by. He was professional, courteous and educated me on what happened and how to correct issues in the future.
I needed one additional hard wired smoke alarm installed to my existing system. They did a great job, and were quick and efficient. Only reason I didn’t give five stars was because the price charged was very high, nearly $1,000 to install one additional smoke alarm to the system.
Ryan came to look at my furnace/AC unit. He was able to find the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. We will be using them again if we have anymore troubles!!
He Did a fine job. I thought it was a bit overpriced for installation of one kitchen light fixture and replace a faulty light switch. $368. This was a referral from Home Depot and no one will give you an estimate over the phone and the the trip charge to get an estimate will choke you even more. I guess electricians are in high demand with all the data centers going in so put up or shut up.
Finch Electric did an excellent job which consisted of installing 2 fandaliers, 3 light fixtures, and a whole home surge protector. The job was done professionally and efficiently. I would definitely use them again. They were very prompt and courteous as well
My wife contacted Finch to see if they installed attic fans, unfortunately they didn't but knew a company that did and referred us to them. As an aside, she mentioned we had been having a issue with a breaker blowing. Becky stated they had a cancellation today and could get someone out to look at it the same day. A couple hours later Dominic came to the house. We showed him what was going on, showed him the panel and pretty quickly he gave us a couple options. We decided to replace the breaker that was blowing. Dominic was very efficient and got it done quickly. We tested it by turning everything on and running a vacuum without blowing the breaker like before. As he was packing up, I asked him another question about running electric to our porch and he gave me another quote. Great job, excellent service.
Dominic came out today, gave us our estimate and completed the installation and reinstall of our light fixtures. He was very thorough and explained all that was needed for the job. Because of his great work we opted to purchase the “Friends and Family Plan”.
The guys were exemplary! They were friendly and explained what happened to our pool pump so we could understand. They also showed me pictures of what was wrong. Finally they were very empathetic about our low income and didn’t make us feel embarrassed about our poor credit at the moment. I highly recommend Greg and ……?…..(the other guy) to everyone!
We needed to upgrade our old cloth wiring that was causing problems. Finch gave us different options at different price points in each step of the process. Amazingly, they completed the work the next day with a 4-person crew! Was their service the cheapest? Probably not! But I feel that their quality and speed of work is well worth it.
